Snack- few scoops of applesauce, few raisins and an all fruit "fruit strip". (Way too much fruit) Wod- read paleo solution recipes, pissed people off with verbal and facial judgment on how they are a heart attack/ type 2 diabetes waiting to happen.

B - bacon, coffee w/ milk L - chicken, pistachios S - kiwi and pistachios D - beef, shrimp, salmon, stuffed mushrooms, S - handful of almonds and pecans
Eggs, bacon, fish oil, apple, sunflower seeds, protein bar, fruit cup, salad, coconut encrusted chicken, mashed taters, sauteed veggies, glass of champagne, pepsi...@ a wedding. :)
