Nice brownie recipe Julie. I found this paleo pancake recipe from "the paleo solution", its the best recipe I've had so far. The almond meal/flour. 2 eggs 1/2 cup of unsweetend applesauce 1/2 cup of nut butter(try not to use peanut butter per Wolf) 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 vanilla extract Coconut oil "Mix all ingredients together, except coconut oil, and stir well until uniform mixture. Use coconut oil to coat pan. Put batter into skillet low/medium heat, then flip after 1-2 min. They do burn easily."
Thanks Julie, I am going to attempt to make them this weekend. 3/8/11 2 eggs, chicken brat, larabar Marys cabbage soup, chicken, 1 cutie Pork loin with a little sweet potato/apple "compote", cauliflower and a salad. S- 3 tablespoons of peanut butter throughout the day. PR with WOD.

Hey Julie Here is that no-sugar salad dressing that I made: 1/2 cup EVOO 1/4 cup vinegar ( I used cider vinegar) 1/4 cup sliced green onion 1/4 cup fresh parsley (I used dried so used a little less) 1 TBSP green pepper diced 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/8 tsp red pepper 1 tsp salt
You can just mix all ingredients together or for a creamier texture, you can blend all ingredients in a food processor.

awesome to see all the recipes and sharing of info. And i should add a reminder: if it tastes sweet, it WILL tend to put fat on your body! So Nicole's idea of almond maple syrup (or whatever it is) as being paleo because it "comes from a tree" is invalid if you are looking for shocking results!
Julie, Jess and Kim - thanks so much for the recipe ideas - the brownies and paleo crack cookies are a definite go try and a banana / applesauce would help those pancakes immensely. Todd - yes you are right about "sweetness" factor having a negative correlation with "look good naked" factor.. although I thought I had a good rationalization about the tree as it took ya a couple days to officially challenge :D
