    Salad, tomatoes with vinegar/olive oil dressing
    Ribs with sugar free/gluten free sauce, but it did have honey in it. 3/4 bag of frozen broccoli
    2 pcs beef stick, some sweet potato(all natural) chips, 2 cuties.
    Wod- paleo solution, was also directed to this site that Rob Wolf created. Its a quick solution to dinner ideas.

  9. 3 cups coffee, protein bar, SF redbull, Coke zero, small bag of sun chips, 3 buttermilk pancakes with syrup, water, Chicken, rice, ginger ale...driving back to Ohio.
