    S-handful of walnuts
    L-6oz tuna, broccoli, coffee, water
    D-Salad: lettuce, 2 hb egg, cuke, orange bell pepper, bacon, dates. water
    S- 2 slices Cantaloupe, water
    Fish Oil

    WOD-Danced my ass off with Nicole to Boogie Stu :)

    B- 2 OM3 egg veggie omelet (broc,spinach,onion,evoo) ham slice, 3 prunes, fish oil
    L- Jerky, lara bar, snap peas
    S- Apple, Almond butter
    D- 1 Taco Bell soft taco and vodka tonic w/ lime

    WOD- Team workout at the gym and trying to keep up with Heidi on the dance floor. Todd - u guys rawked :D

    L - 2.6 oz tuna, 1 banana, and some almonds
    D - Chicken breast stuffed with artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, onion and garlic, green beans, and spinach salad

    L & D- yummy lamb chops, big salad, and some gluten free rice with veggies, and a banana for dessert.
    S- celery with a little peanut butter, 5 pcs of beef stick, veggie juice
