    L- Chicken, chicken sauage, 2 cuties and large helping of brussel sprouts,
    D- Veal meatloaf loaded with veggies and aspargus.
    S- teaspoon of cashew butter, 1 prune.

    L- Spinich salad with 2 Hb eggs, cuke, bacon, broccoli and olive oil with garlic, water
    D- chicken and mashed cauliflower, water
    S-almonds, water
    Fish Oil

    didnt make it to the gym, but did tabata squats and watched another episode of managing your stress on CrossFit Journal....i strongly suggest everyone watch it...at least episode 3 about stress and traffic...

    B- 1 Chx sausage, handful blueberries, fish oil
    L- Grilled chx breast on large spinach salad w/broc, tom, cukes, red pepper, carrot, sunflower seeds, almond slices, vinagrette)
    S- Handful nuts
    D- Chx breast, handful of prunes while cooking paleo spaghetti for 1 & 1/2 hr - Heidi how did this take you only 25 minutes?
    Gobbled up 1 cup as course #2 (grass fed beef, italian sausage, garlic, onion, EVOO, tomato sauce on top of spaghetti squash and soo delicious)

    WOD= Back Squat, Push Press, DWL (PR = 265#) and 500 M row

    Lunch: bok choi and chicken;
    Snack: Apple and walnuts;
    Dinner: Brat (sans bun), some broc., and a lunch meat lettuce wrap.
