    L - Paleo Spaghetti, 1 cherry pie Lara bar (dates, nuts, cherries - no gluten, no added sugar), fish oil
    S - Starbucks latte
    D - Beef and veggie stew

    Also some other paleo friends forwarded to me this website below for food and recipes. Coconut pancakes are sounding like a nice breakfast changeup :)

    Coconut cream concentrate is sooooo yummy. It's like coconut butter. The site also has good recipes. Pancakes with coconut flour are pretty good. If you google coconut flour pancakes you'll see some good recipes.

    L- chicken sausage, large bowl of brussel sprouts, 2 cuties
    D- BBQ chicken, bowl of broccoli
    S- paleo crack cookies(eggs, almond meal, chopped fruit, nuts and a little honey, I know, not "totally " paleo).

    rest day learning...visited suggested Paleo food websites and found more recipes to try. Also educated myself more on how foods affect us.

    B: Fried egg with spinach and red peppers. A few nuts and dates.
    L: Chicken and Bok Choi.
    S: Apple.
    D: Chicken sausage with roasted cauli and brocc.
    S: nuts.
    Plenty of water, fish oil, etc.
