Friday B- 2 eggs with chicken sausage and spinach. L - bento box with Salmon, skipping the rice and other carby looking things. S - a touch of birthday cake. D - ribs, veggies.
Large garbage omelette, coffee, hash browns w/black pepper pork chops and cabbage w/pearl onions big buford with no bun and extra veggies (was starving at gig)
B- fruit and protein smoothie, 2 pcs beef stick L- chicken brat, lots of veggies D- whitefish, salad, small plain potato S-2 teaspoons of peanut butter For 3/4/11
Dan B B-2 egg whites, 2 slices of ham, coffee with 2% S-beefstick and sunflower seeds L-Spinach salad, grilled chicken, hardboiled egg D-Grilled chicken, snow peas. S-Sunflower seeds 1 coke zero while playing cards. Needed caffeine!
B - coffee w/ milk bacon (4 pieces) L - stuffed cabbage roll and mashed potatoes; and dessert(The Budapest - not paleo but Yum!) D - Edamame, beef, sauteed spinach w/ onion and tomatoes, bacon
