    B- Chx sausage, spoonful cashew butter, prunes, fish oil
    L - Paleo spaghetti, Lara bar, fish oil
    S - Starbucks Latte
    D- 2 chicken strips, 4 wedge fries, snap peas
    WOD= Randy (PR)

    B- 2 eggs with chicken sausage and spinach.
    L - bento box with Salmon, skipping the rice and other carby looking things.
    S - a touch of birthday cake.
    D - ribs, veggies.

    D - Fieri sloppy joes and green beans

    big buford with no bun and extra veggies (was starving at gig)

    S-beefstick and sunflower seeds
    L-Spinach salad, grilled chicken, hardboiled egg
    D-Grilled chicken, snow peas.
    S-Sunflower seeds
    1 coke zero while playing cards. Needed caffeine!
