  2. Regardless of the date...2000 mg fish oil, Grapes, salmon ceasar salad, 2 cups of coffee, 16 oz water...I had alot of homework to do.

  4. Hi Phil thanks for posting a link to Everyday Paleo with lots of great recipe ideas for us time challenged and cooking inept peeps. One question, will I need to get a tatoo once I get all lean and trim from being able to stay true Paleo now?

    L- chicken, 3 cuties, large bowl of cauliflower
    D- chicken and brussel sprouts
    S- Tablespoons of cashew butter, dehydrated onions.
    WOD- watching shoulder mobility mods.

    L - Roasted chicken and a salad
    S - two sausage links and a handful of almonds, two pieces of pineapple
    D - 8 oz steak, fresh herb salad, almonds, sweet potato and 7 asparagus tips

    D-beef veg. soup, salad with lemon juice

    L - mixed green salad, turkey, 1 hb egg and balsalmic/EVOO dressing
    D - beef, broccoli steamed, yellow peppers (raw)

    L - Greek Salad with Chicken, no cheese.
    S - a small powdered sugar doughnut. My sweet tooth literally is a devil on my shoulder this week.
    D - grilled chicken and broccoli.
