Hi Phil thanks for posting a link to Everyday Paleo with lots of great recipe ideas for us time challenged and cooking inept peeps. One question, will I need to get a tatoo once I get all lean and trim from being able to stay true Paleo now?

B-smoothie with pl. greek yogurt, almond butter, strawberries and blueberries coffee with cream and sugar L-chicken, spaghetti squash, apple S-almonds D-beef veg. soup, salad with lemon juice S-terra chips, almond butter fish oil
Fried egg with spinach, almonds L - Greek Salad with Chicken, no cheese. S - a small powdered sugar doughnut. My sweet tooth literally is a devil on my shoulder this week. D - grilled chicken and broccoli. S - Dates and Nuts.
