    lotsa chicken, broccoli, avocado half, pear
    freakin small bowl of vanilla ice cream (dammit)

    L-8 oz chicken, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 apple, 20 0z water
    S-handful walnuts, 1 banana 16 oz ice water
    D-ground beef,sauteed mushrooms, orange peppers, garlic,smashed cauliflower. 20 oz water
    S-16 oz water, 1 HB egg
