ok dietary observations... Bri - too much sweet stuff and not enough protein or food in general it seems Julie - doesn't look like enough food Bethie- try to get your protein from sources unprocessed; perhaps not enough food? Kim - maybe reduce the fruit a bit ...just some suggestions :)
