  1. B- A bowl of cabbage soup, 7 cashews, 3 prunes.
    L- A bowl of cabbage soup
    S- 1/2 Pummelo, 2 pcs roast beef(lunch meat), 3 fancy slices of sugar free/gluten free beef stick.
    D- 2 1/2 bowls of cabbage soup
    S- 6 cashews, 3 prunes.

    Cabbage soup- 4 1/2 lbs cabbage, 2lbs of ground beef, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, onions and beef broth.

    B- 3 egg veggie omelet(aspagus,mush,pepper,onion), fruit cup (rasp, blue, red grapes)
    L- Left over beef, chx, shrimp veggie fajitas
    S- jerky, dried cherries, almonds, cashews, macadamia mix
    D- Buffalo style chx breast, garlic stir fry veggies (broc,asp,pepper,carrot,mush,onion)

    WOD - 1&1/2hr snow/slush shoveling with frequent snowball squirmishes / sneak attacks from 3 yr old child and 1 yr old dog.

    L-Salad:lettuce,chicken, avacado,cuke,HB egg,1tbsp oliveoil/garlic
    S-handful almonds 1/2 apple
    D-Roasted pork loin, roasted carrots, roasted cauliflower
    3 20oz water and 3 16oz glasses of icewater

    L - Salmon burger (no bun), spinich and arugula salad, 4 raw baby carrots
    D - 10oz steak, 10 asparagus tips, spinich and arugula salad, 4 raw baby carrots
