    Beef sticks, carrots, strawberries
    Chef salad, no cheese or dressing
    lamb, smoked salmon, ground beef, salad w/some dressing

    B-Protien smoothie, 6 cashews, 2 pcs corned beef
    L- 1/2 canned chicken 1/2 beef
    Ed Brisket, lots of cabbage, 6 baby carrots
    S- 2pcs beef stick, 3 small paleo cookies.
    Paleo cookies - almond meal, pecans, chopped dates(they are similar to crack).

    (cheated a lot today)
    B - N/A

    L - Four hot dogs with onions, cheese, and hamburger meat, and fries.

    D - 2 pieces of pizza and bread sticks.

    D- chix w/ 1 avocado, strawberries (4), fish oil
