    Lunch: leftover chicken and vegetables.
    Snack: nuts.
    Dinner: brussels sprouts sauteed in walnut oil. Chicken sausage.
    Dessert: Wine. 1/2 a banana.

There's a recipe for paleo pancakes in The Paleo Solution but I haven't tried it yet... will post it here if interested (does anyone read these things after they post their food log besides Todd maybe?) (I made these last Saturday without sweetener... will add more baking powder next time or try the Paleo Solution ones)

    B - 3B - green curry shrimp with peas, broccoli, bell peppers, onions, celery; banana & cashew butter, black tea
    L - 3B - chicken stirfry with veggies (no rice), water with lemon
    D1 - 5B - egg/ham/mushroom/celery scramble, 1 HB egg, salad with romaine & spinach, tomato, carrots, celery, bell pepper, oil & vinegar
    D2 - 5B - green curry shrimp with peas, broccoli, bell peppers, onions, celery; romaine & spinach salad with carrots, celery, 2 HB egggs, oil & vinegar, 3 cashews, 12 almonds, 1 macadamia nut

    WOD - dance class
