    s-banananer with mixed nuts
    L- balance pan asian yummy :) with artisan blend instead of rice
    s-1/2 avocado made into guac with lemon,lime,salt and cilantro
    D-7 oz angus burger no cheese with sauteed mushrooms,onions and jalapenos.. heinz ketchup gluten free :)

    Breakfast: 2 eggs fried with some ham
    Lunch: chicken sausage and sauteed brussels sprouts
    Snack: a lara bar (my first of the challenge!) and a few almonds
    Dinner: chicken kabob, a few sweet potato fries at happy hour and a lettuce wrap. 2 glasses of wine.

    B-3 egg omelet with broc,asp,mush,onion,bacon bits, latte, fish oil
    S-Lara bar, pelligrino, cuke slices
    L-chicken breast, cole slaw, spoonful mashed potatoes,
    S-Lara bar,beef jerky
    D-buffalo chicken, handful blueberries,strawberries,snap peas, red wine
    S-2 vodka tonics (needed for special dance class ;))
    WOD: Deadlift PR 286, Double unders PR, 1-1/2 hours dance class

    L ~ 5B (Pizza Papalis) garden salad w/chicken & balsamic vinaigrette (minus bread, onion, olives & pepperocini)
    S ~ 3B - honey balsamic chicken w/yellow squash, onion, dried cherries, mushrooms, herbal tea
    D ~ 4B - roast beef, Mary's coleslaw, mixed greens salad w/raspberry walnut vinaigrette, 1/2 deviled egg, califlower, carrots, broccoli, grape tomatoes, banana w/sunflower seed butter
    S ~ 1B - cabbage soup with beef
