    B - 2 eggs, 2 rashers bacon
    L - Salad, tuna, balsamic
    S - Few almonds, 2 hard boiled eggs
    D - Paleo chili

    roast beef sandwich (lettuce as bread) w/cheese, tomatoes, apple, cashews
    zuc. noodles, cinnamon muffin, blueberries, shredded beef, cherries, cashew/walnut/dried blueberries
    BLT (turkey bacon, lettuce as bread, tomatoes)
    1/2 sweet potato, cinnamon muffin

  4. Breakfast: egg/turnip casserole and a few almonds. Coffee
    Snack/Lunch: lara bar
    Late Lunch: Broccoli cheese soup and a side salad.
    Dinner: salad with leftover flank steak. A few dates and nuts.
    Dessert: paleo key lime pie.

    L ~ 5B - Spaghetti Warehouse Chopped Salad "Warehouse Style" (minus pepperoni & bleu cheese), water with lemon
    S ~ 1B - hardboiled egg, banana, cashew butter
    D ~ 5B - tlapia with butter, olive oil, lemon juice and almond pieces, broccoli with cherry balsamic vinegar & Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb, bell peppers, cantaloupe, herbal tea

    WOD - dance class

    D-chicken, chicken/pepper/onion/mushroom soup
    S-banana, pb, 2 squares 88% cocoa chocolate
