Daily Food and Workout Logging

    Brunch: half a grilled chicken breast, asparagus, and a few almonds. Coffee with coconut cream.
    Snack: slice of key lime pie
    Dinner: Paleo pizza toppings. The crust was a failure so I avoided it. Frozen kiwi fruit. Another slice of paleo key lime pie :/and a few more almonds.

    Ground chicken w/spaghetti sauce, cucumber cashews/walnuts, dried blueberries
    mongolian bbq, (meat,veggies, mongolian sauce) trail mix

    S - 2 rashers turkey bacon
    L - Salad, tuna, balsamic dressing
    D - Chicken breast, steamed broccoli
    S - 5 Budweisers

  4. B ~ 4B - honey balsamic chicken with onion, yellow squash, dried cherries, mushrooms, and fresh strawberries, 6 almonds, 3 cashews, green tea
    L ~ 4B - honey balsamic chicken with onion, yellow squash, dried cherries, mushrooms, and roasted veggies
    D ~ 5B - steak fajitas w/ 3 corn tortillas, guacamole, tomatoes, onions, green pepper, rice, little bit of beans, 2/3 of a Nanas No Gluten Lemon Cookie (thanks but no thanks mom!)(too much starch!), herbal tea

    WOD - playing in park w/nephew... tried dips on parallel bars, swinging, climbing a basketball net pole, kicked and threw a ball around, etc.

    B/L- 2 egg omelet w/broc, mush, onion, bacon bits, lara bar, fish oil
    D- Sushi, 1 happy budda, 3 beers

    B - coffee w/ milk; bacon
    L - chicken wings, veggies and dip
    S - sample of cookies from bakery that I used for my girl's First Communion party (Yum!) w/ coffee and milk
    D - turkey, grapes, chicken wings; veggies and dip

    work out: household chores that kept me on my feet all day
