    Dinner: Chicken Schwarma and fattoush salad. Avoided the rice/pita chips

    S - A big bad boiled egg

    S-trail mix
    L-chicken salad, cukes, brocolli slaw
    S-banana with pb
    D-steak, brussel sprouts with bacon and mushrooms
    S-few strawberries, half ounce 90% dark choc

    PR-Grace WOD, 800 mtr run

  4. B ~ 3B - green curry (and coconut milk) shrimp with peas, broccoli, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, celery, white tea
    S ~ 2B - chunk light tuna, banana w/cashew butter
    S ~ 2B - Jimmy John's Beach Club Unwich
    L ~ 4B - egg/ham/mushroom/celery scramble, salad with romaine and spinach, carrots, tomato, celery, 12 cashews, oil & vinegar
    D ~ 3B - green curry (and coconut milk) shrimp with peas, broccoli, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, celery; 1 apple, 9 almonds, 1 macadamia nut
    S ~ 1B - 1 hard boiled egg, 6 cashews, 1 macadamia nut

    WOD - 800M run - PR, Grace - no PR (but better form?... tired from not enough sleep due to open windows - noise/light pollution instead of turning on the AC)
