    Breakfast: fruit and a biscuit
    Lunch: tuna salad over greens and veggies
    Snack: Jelly Beans
    Dinner: fish and grits. wine. vegetables.

    S - Half cup cashews
    D - Spaghetti meat sauce (beef, onions, tomatoes, garlic, seasoning), steamed broccoli
    S - A few of Sophie's raisins

    L ~ 3B - raspberry balsamic rosemary chicken, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, salad with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, bell pepper, salt & vinegar potato chips
    S ~ 2B - chunk light tuna, broccoli, cashew butter, 6 almonds
    D ~ 6B - grilled chicken, broccoli & carrots steamed in butter, salad with tomatoes, HB egg, cheese, carrots, oil & vinegar, few peanuts
    S ~ 1B - 1 HB egg, popcorn w/cinnamon
