    L- Paleo Spaghetti, Red bell pepper
    D- Steak and salad, 3 bites Bday cookie

    WOD= 2000m row (no PR :()and bench press

    L - Salad, tuna, balsamic dressing
    S - PURE Organic brownie bar (almost paleo)
    D - Spaghetti meat sauce (tomatoes, beef, onions, seasoning)
    S - Half cup raspberries (Sophie stole the other half)

    roastbeef w/lettuce bun, 1/2 avocado, blueberries, cinnamon muffin
    tuna, zuc. noodles w/spaghetti sauce, 1/2 avocado
    sausage, tomatoes, cashews, 1/2 fruit strip

  4. B ~4B - tilapia with butter, olive oil, lemon juice, almond pieces, broccoli, black/green tea
    L ~4B - raspberry balsamic rosemary chicken, hard boiled egg, onion, bell peppers, mushrooms and salad with tomatoes, carrots, bell pepper, cucumber, lime juice & herbs
    S ~2B - 2 hard boiled eggs, small banana with cashew butter, apple and more cashew butter
    D ~ 5B - blackberries, tarragon chicken, green beans, yellow carrots, broccoli, bell pepper, handful sunflower seeds, 9 cashews, 1 macadamia nut

    WOD - 2000M row PR :)

    L: Spinach salad with chicken and bacon. Water. Pear after workout.
    S: dates and nuts.
    D: flank steak. Lettuce and snap peas. Almonds.
