    L- green salad. Hard boiled egg. Cold cuts and a frozen kiwi.
    D- roasted cauliflower. sausage. 1/2 glass of wine.
    S- almonds and dates. Piece of bacon.

    L ~ 4B - blueberry omelet w/cinnamon & almond pieces, green tea, then nibbles from salad prep (romaine lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber)
    D ~ 4B - tarragon chicken w/carrots, green beans, red peppers, broccoli, handful sunflower seeds, handful almonds & cashew pieces

    L- Grilled Chicken on green salad, basalmic
    S- Lara Bar
    D- 8 oz lobster and crab chowder, cauli-garlic mash, 8 oz grassfed sirloin steak, strawberries and blueberries

    WOD= 2 hr tennis match

    S - beer and cookies, piece of cake
