    S-almonds, cranberries, dried fruit, deli roast beef lettuce wrap
    D-chicken breast marinated in GE, roasted sweet potatoes & cauliflower, strawberries &blue berries, dried fruit
    S-small glass wine

    S - 2 slices of ham with a little bit of cheese
    L- grilled chicken over salad
    S - almonds and cranberries
    D - one hamburger in lettuce wrap. Slice of paleo key lime pie.
    Wine.

    WOD - Fight gone bad. Yeesh. PR

    D ~ 4B - cherry balsamic chicken, roasted veggies, salad with carrots, sunflower seeds, 9 almonds, 3 cashews, white wine vinegar & lime juice, tart cherry juice
    S ~ 1B - hard boiled eg, roasted veggies, macadamia nut

    WOD - local bike riding to get groceries & garden planting & weeding

    D- Hot dog w/out bun, snap peas, small turtle sundae
