Daily Food and Workout Logging

  1. B - turkey, coffee w/ milk, strawberries
    L - spinach pie, green beans and tomatoes
    S - Banana w/ pb (all natural)
    D - flank steak (Yum!), sauteed root vegetables, fresh veggies w/ dip
    S - 1/2 banana w/ pb (all natural)

    ran about 1 mile with my 3 kids in tow - which meant we stopped a lot!

  2. B ~ 5B - grass fed ground beef w/Pace picante sauce, spinach salad with carrots, mushrooms, lemon juice & herbs, 9 almonds
    S ~ 1B - 1 hard boiled egg, grapefruit, 6 almonds, black tea
    L ~ 4B - Tony Packo's stuffed cabbage roll
    S ~ 1B - 1 hard boiled egg, broccoli & cauliflower, 6 almonds
    D ~ 5B - Texas Roadhouse - grilled chicken (minus BBQ sauce), salad with tomatoes & egg (minus croutons & cheese), oil & vinegar dressing, mixed steamed veggies (broccoli & carrots, probably a little butter)
    S? - 1 cup tart cherry juice

    Breakfast: 2 turkey sausage patties and 2 hard boiled eggs. 1 oz beef. Coffee with coconut milk.
    Lunch: leftover kabobs over salad.
    Snack: Almonds and a Tsp almond butter with a dot of honey. Pickles, cheese and beef jerkey.
    Dinner: grilled chicken and asparagus. Kiwi fruit.

    Breakfast: 2 hb eggs. I can't remember what else. coffee with almond milk.
    snack: almonds, iced coffee
    lunch: salad with grilled chicken
    Snack: pickles, coldcuts.
    Dinner: 1 1/2 lamb/beef burger over salad. glass of watered-down grapefruit juice.

    B- 1 egg omelet (broc,mush,onion,bacon bits), OJ, fish oil
    S- Lara Bar and banana
    D- smoked salmon, italian sausage, variety cheeses, grapes, salad, lobster tail, rack of lamb, red wine, 2 cookie type pastry desserts.
    No WOD
