May 11 Breakfast: 2 turkey sausage patties and 2 hard boiled eggs. 1 oz beef. Coffee with coconut milk. Lunch: leftover kabobs over salad. Snack: Almonds and a Tsp almond butter with a dot of honey. Pickles, cheese and beef jerkey. Dinner: grilled chicken and asparagus. Kiwi fruit.

Day 11 B- 1 egg omelet (broc,mush,onion,bacon bits), OJ, fish oil S- Lara Bar and banana D- smoked salmon, italian sausage, variety cheeses, grapes, salad, lobster tail, rack of lamb, red wine, 2 cookie type pastry desserts. No WOD
B - 2 eggs, 2 rashers turkey bacon L - Salad, half chicken breast, balsamic dressing S - Almonds, half a red pepper D - Pork chop, broccoli, 1 carrot, 2 small potatoes
