    - love the WOD, Heidi. Mine was "aerobic gardening"
    B: smoothie with spinach, almond milk and butter, protein powder, and a small amount of fruit.
    L: fruit and nut bar, guacamole with cauliflower and a few corn chips
    D: grilled vegetables, roasted red peppers, beet salad, steamed artichoke, and a little bit of steak. Fruit for dessert

    B ~ 5B - omelette with ham, sausage, green pepper, mushroom, tomato and broccoli, small portion hashbrowns & butter, black tea, 6 cashews
    L ~ 5B - ground beef w/Pace picante sauce, veggie soup
    D ~ 7B - chicken w/raspberry vinaigrette dressing, 3 bites of steak, lots of veggie soup, 4 sweet pickles
    S ~ 1B - beef jerky, dried cherries, 6 almonds

    Learning - couple more chapters from Robb Wolf's Paleo Solution book.

  5. B- 2 scrambled eggs, left-over "primal spaghetti squash carbonara" (recipe from health-bent website. Delicious!)
    L -flank steak slices on spinach salad (HB egg, strawberry, almond slices, paleo dressing)
    S- almonds, cranberries
    D-hamburger w/provolone& mustard, sweet potato fries, grilled red peppers & zucchini
    S-almonds & cranberries
    2 glasses red wine

    L - 1 kick-ass piece of cod, baked potato
    S - Can of Coke, Milky Way bar (small one)
    D - Tuna, steamed brocoli

    L- Blackened whitefish with stir fry veggies
    S- Raisins, Almonds and chicken strip (no breading)
    D- Grass fed beef, spinach salad
    WOD= 1 mile walk and 2 hrs gardening (although Hammock for time sounds awesome :) )

    B/L - MOTHER'S DAY BRUNCH! eggs, bacon, hash browns w/ multiple samples of my kid's pancakes (Yum!); coffee w/ milk
    D - Rotissiere chicken w/ cukes, tomatoes, orange pepper, mushrooms and dip
