    B ~ 5B - raspberry balsamic chicken w/roasted veggies, black tea
    L ~ 3B - cherry balsamic chicken w/Mrs. Dash onion & herb, mixed salad greens, chick peas, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, little bit of potato salad, roasted veggies
    herbal tea
    D ~ 6B - cherry balsamic chicken w/Mrs. Dash onion & herb, cabbage soup, 12 almonds, 6 cashews
    S ~ 2B - cherry balsamic chicken, grapefruit, 3 almonds, 3 cashews, 1 macadamia nut

    s-hb egg, almonds, water, coffee (black)
    D- filet, grilled zucchini and tomatoes, water
    S-chicken breast, water
    1 very small sip of a mexican beer, 8 waters
    fish oil
    WOD- Dancing- PR

    B- Sausage, handful blueberries, rasp and strawberries,fish oil
    L- Cup spicy pork veggie stew (yummy!)
    S- Spoonful almond butter
    D- Chicken spinach salad, snap peas
    S- 2 martinis, many coronas, popcorn and chips (zippo self control around my xfit party friends and sooo worth losing those points:)
    WOD- Sat noon class plus dancing til the bar closed woohoo:)

    Breakfast: fried eggs and sauteed spinach.
    Lunch: mimosas, pastries, cheese and sausage, and fruit. Yeah I did.
    Dinner: chicken and vegetables. 2 glasses of wine.
