Day 7 B- Sausage, handful blueberries, rasp and strawberries,fish oil L- Cup spicy pork veggie stew (yummy!) S- Spoonful almond butter D- Chicken spinach salad, snap peas S- 2 martinis, many coronas, popcorn and chips (zippo self control around my xfit party friends and sooo worth losing those points:) WOD- Sat noon class plus dancing til the bar closed woohoo:)
