    B- Sausage, OJ, Latte, Fish Oil
    L- 3 Egg Omelet with Broc, Asp, Mush, Onion, Bacon bits, Pelligrino
    S- Lara bar, cuke slices
    D- Grilled chx breast, spinach salad with broc, carrots, tomato, cuke, almonds, vinagrette
    S- 2 hot dogs (no bun), handful nuts/dried fruit

    Breakfast: paleo egg sammich. biscuit, prosciutto, and a fried egg.
    Lunch: Spinach salad with grilled chicken and homemade dressing.
    Dinner: roasted vegetables with grilled chicken.
    Snack: apple midday. Evening grazing on almonds, pickles, and more roasted vegetables.

    L - 6B - Foccacia's medium chef salad (MINUS cheese & breadstick) with chicken & fatoosh dressing

    S - 1B - beef jerky, apple w/cashew butter
    D - 4.5b - raspberry balsamic rosemary chicken, roasted veggies (bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms) w/EVOO, pineapple
    later a few bites of my version of coleslaw for a potluck tomorrow (red cabbage, granny smith apple, bell pepper, lemon juice)
