May 5: Breakfast: paleo egg sammich. biscuit, prosciutto, and a fried egg. Lunch: Spinach salad with grilled chicken and homemade dressing. Dinner: roasted vegetables with grilled chicken. Snack: apple midday. Evening grazing on almonds, pickles, and more roasted vegetables.
