  6. B - ~ 4 blocks - chicken with onion, yellow squash, carrots, romaine lettuce salad with radishes, dried cherries, sunflower seeds, 12 almonds, raspberry vinaigrette dressing, 1 macadamia nut,
    black tea
    L - ~ 6 blocks ~ 15 raw almonds, Tony Packo's stuffed cabbage, sausage & mashed potatoes with gravy (too much!)
    D - ~ 7 blocks - shredded chicken w/bbq sauce, a lot of broccoli with too much Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning and a drizzle of EVOO, 6 almonds, 1 macadamia nut, 3 cashews, ~ 5 oz. blueberries

  8. Breakfast: 2 patties turkey sausage, one egg scrambled with spinach and other veg., paleo biscuit, coffee with almond milk.
    Lunch: leftover ground turkey and bok choi
    one apple with almond butter. 6 terra chips.
    Dinner: grilled chiken breast and sauteed brussels sprouts. one glass red wine.
    Snack - I ate a ton of pistachios yesterday. Literally. 2000 lbs. Upside is the bag is gone, and I won't be buying another one.

    L- Grilled Chicken breast, salad, cuke slices with spoonful hummus, apple, pelligrino,
    S- Lara bar
    D- Ground grass fed beef with onion, tomato, cukes, small handful almonds/cashews, slice pineapple, coconut water

    WOD = 4 mile run / walk
