I can’t wait for the next challenge. Todd and I are on the never ending journey to to improve this challenge. So if you have any suggestions that would make it better, please post. Thanks

Final Point Tally for the Paleo Challenge

I think the structure of the contest was good. Maybe 5 points for PR's instead of 10? Maybe cash prizes for the top three finishers, regardless of gender, to keep people motivated that feel winning would be out of reach?
ReplyDeleteMonday for John:
sausage, carrots
pepperoni, sweet potato
ground beef, salad
dark chocolate (oh, the power of the dark side . . .)
John, motivation....winning isn't enough? Improving isn't enough? Feeling better isn't enough? Pushing yourself a little harder isn't enough (reeeeeach)? With that being said, I do like the idea of maybe more than 2 winners...maybe the top 4. However, as was stated in an earlier post, everyone who participated won at some level. I know I feel like I won, and it motivated me to work even harder for the next challenge. =)
ReplyDeleteHang in there John. You can overcome the dark side...come over to the light side...we have veggies ;)
I can think of at least one thing that might make it better... Is your score up there Phil (and Todd's for reference or something)?
ReplyDeleteIs this only the girl's scores?
ReplyDeleteTuesday:
ReplyDeleteSalmon, carrots
dried fruit and nut mix
ribs, tomatoes
hot dog, sweet potato
