    2 chicken sausages, 1 cutie, mix bowl of cauliflower/broccoli.
    beef brisket, lots of cabbage, 6 baby carrots and half of a small potato.

    Hotel fitness center workout - 20 mins running on treadmill, 50 KB swings (using 30lb dumbbell) and pushups

    chicken/basil sausage, lara bar
    Lots of cabbage, beef brisket, cashews
    Meaty chilli with veggies
    4 grapes, handful of raisins, paleo cookie(had honey), some coconut oil plantation.

  16. COCONUT MUFFINS:
    ----------------
    1 1/2 cups almond flour
    1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/4-1/3 cup maple syrup or honey depending on your sweet tooth
    1 1/2 tsp coconut extract
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp salt
    2 T coconut oil

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Mix together all ingredients until smooth.

    Pour into 6 muffin cups greased with coconut oil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
