    D-Paleo spaghetti...becoming a fav, water
    S-hb egg, water
    (ice cold Beer the other night)

    WOD-PR...shaved over 5 minutes off my time :)

    S- sweet potato chips and some raisins

  7. Not a good day - had the flu so not much of an appetite, but I craved carbs!!

    bagel w/ cream cheese
    a little bit of chicken noodle soup
