  5. B - coffee, eggs and spinach and mushroom. One chicken breakfast sausage link.
    L - apple with almond butter. Terra chips.
    S - roast beef slices
    D - roasted acorn squash, brussels sprouts. More terra chips.
    S - almonds and a few berries with almond milk before bed. And a glass of wine to wash it down, because it's Friday.

    [PS- Todd, I checked the label on the Silk plain almond milk I got at costco - 7 grams of sugar instead of the 13 in yours - a great treat - it really does taste like melted ice cream)
