Day 20–Post for March 10, 2011

Better Knowledge, Extra Energy, Sleeping well, No more bloating, Flattened belly, 6 Pack, Satisfaction, Good Habits, better choices, Feeling GREAT! Exploding energy levels, better accountability, awesome recipes, looking and feeling 1000 times better, FUN, satisfied, increased efficiency, better focus, Priceless team camaraderie, increased strength, flexibility, endurance, group motivation, inspiration.

All this just to describe the CrossFit LifeSport St. Pat’s Day Challenge and what it can do for youSmile

  1. This challenge has been great so far! The competitive effort being put forth by all, great recipies and the great camaraderie formed even tighter has been great. Phil, way to keep the site going.
    eggs with roast beef, paleo beef and veggie soup, lara bar
    Salad with chicken, bacon, and mixed veggies and a bowl of cauliflower, 1 cutie
    Chicken with tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic and onion powder with aspargus
    S- 2 tablespoons almond butter, 7 raisins and cashews. 1 mac. nut post WOD.

  9. B- Paleo pancakes (FAIL- they did not stick together very well). Paleo mush? Veggies.
    L - Greek salad with Gyro. Yum.
    D- grilled chicken and brussels sprouts.
    S - small almond milk/berry/hemp protein smoothie.
