    D-Chicken, green peas, side salad.

  4. B- ground pork, 2 omega 3 eggs, avocado, 1/2 banana
    L- salad with olive oil/vinegar dressing, 1/4 larabar
    S- 2 tablespoons cashew butter, beef stick
    D- meaty paleo chilli, aspargus(lots secondary to oven roasted yummy-ness)
    S- paleo cookies made with almond meal, eggs, cinnamon, netmeg, a few raisins.

    L - Chicken breast stuffed with artichoke, sun-dried tomatoes, olives and garlic, spinach salad and bell pepper salad, 3 strawberries
    S - banana
    D - Chicken breast stuffed with artichoke, sun-dried tomatoes, olives and garlic, spinach and bell pepper salad, and steamed carrots

    B- Lara Bar, pepperoni, fish oil
    L- Paleo pancakes (mix of almond meal, coconut meal, O3 egg, cinnamon, vanilla almond milk (unsweet), pure maple syrup)- interesting and edible but not too special..think I may try Julie's recipe (THXs)), handful blueberries, slice ham.
    S- popcorn, guac and carrots/sweet peppers
    D- Grass fed beef strip steak, butternut squash
    WOD= researching paleo recipes
