    Breakfast: 6 strips of bacon, 4 eggs, and 2 capsules of 1000mg fish oil.

    Lunch: 3 %100 beef burgers, 2 cups of cauliflower, apple, 2 capsules of 1000mg fish oil.

    Dinner: 3 %100 beef burgers, 3 cups of broccoli, macadamia nuts, 2 capsules of 1000mg fish oil.

  2. Breakfast 3 eggs, 3 prunes
    Lunch 1 1/2 angus burgers with lettce
    Dinner Prime rib and half chicken breast, 7-8 asparus', brocolli, 1/2 cup of blueberries and 1/2 a pear.

    Not a great day for water or fruit.
