bah! link didnt work... any ideas on how to fix?
Don't see Day 6 so here goes:Beef sticks, carrots, strawberriesChef salad, no cheese or dressinglamb, smoked salmon, ground beef, salad w/some dressing
Day 6...B-Protien smoothie, 6 cashews, 2 pcs corned beefL- 1/2 canned chicken 1/2 beefEd Brisket, lots of cabbage, 6 baby carrotsS- 2pcs beef stick, 3 small paleo cookies.Paleo cookies - almond meal, pecans, chopped dates(they are similar to crack).
Day #6 2/24:(cheated a lot today)B - N/AL - Four hot dogs with onions, cheese, and hamburger meat, and fries. D - 2 pieces of pizza and bread sticks.
KimB-1 egg hardboiled, 3 pieces bacon, coffee w/ milkL- mixed green salad w/ pork, vinegar and evoo for dressingD- chix w/ 1 avocado, strawberries (4), fish oil S- hardboiled eggs (2), grapes and strawberriesS-hardboiled eggs (2)
