  2. B-1 cup coffee, cream, 4 eggs, 20oz water
    L- 2 HB eggs, handful of nuts 20 oz water
    D- 2 serving Salmon, cauliflower, broccoli water

    nice to see the points....CONGRATS to the leaders! Definately thought I did better than that. Time to buckle down....starting with no cream in coffee....

    D - 2 crab cakes with fresh herb salad, one glass chardonnay

    D-chicken and spaghetti squash with mushrooms, shallots, garlic, basil, tomato

    B- Chicken sausage, 6 cashews, 2 pcs beef stick
    L- Beef brisket, lots of cabbage, 5 baby carrots, 1 cutie orange
    D- Sushi and a cranberry and vodka(bad night with sugar and starch),

    WOD- Team workout.

    4 landjeager's, and a gluten-free pizza
    3 coffee, 2 with creamer
    1 grapefruit and a huge hamburger (with no bun of course), salad
    *fish oil 8 grams

    lots and lots of champagne and other adult beverages

    2 pork chops, broccoli, walnuts
    chicken breast in coconut oil, garlic, and basil
    1 tomato
    Awesome grass fed steak dinner with some paleo veggie topping from south america that was awesome!!!
