L- Beef, bowl of cauliflower, apple and paleo cookie(brougt it into work to basically show it off and let a person try a bite :D) D- Lamb gyro meatloaf made with almond meal and Omega 3 eggs, salad and aspargus. S- 2 pcs beef stick, 1 cutie orange WOD- Read more of paleo solution, lifted a lot of people at work.
