    HB eggs, ground beef, carrots, blueberries
    Smoked salmon, tomatoes
    chicken, carrots
    Possible some dark chocolate and some granola

    But did do 200# split jerk and 40" box jump.

  3. B-1 cup coffee, cream, 2scrambled eggs w/ground beef, 20oz water
    L- 1 bowl Paleo Chili, 2 glasses of icewater
    D- 8oz filet,broccoli, 6 shrimp cocktail with lemon and 2 pieces of sushi....i just couldn't say no....it was from Sori's...

    B- 2 Egg Veggie Omelet in EVOO (Broc,Aspar,Spinach,Mush, Onion), 2 Chx sausages, few blueberries, Fish Oil
    L- Hamburger Patty, Fish Oil
    D- 4 Oz Ribeye, 4 King Crab legs, lil butter, roasted garlic cinnamon butternut squash.
    WOD= 2 hrs snow shoveling/show squirmishes

  5. B- Chicken sausage, 2 pcs beef stick, 6 cashews, 1/3(a bite) of paleo cookie.
    L- Beef, bowl of cauliflower, apple and paleo cookie(brougt it into work to basically show it off and let a person try a bite :D)
    D- Lamb gyro meatloaf made with almond meal and Omega 3 eggs, salad and aspargus.
    S- 2 pcs beef stick, 1 cutie orange
    WOD- Read more of paleo solution, lifted a lot of people at work.

  6. B - 3 organic eggs with 2/3 cup spinach and 1/2 red bell pepper
    L - 3 oz tuna, 13 raw baby carrots, 16 almonds
    S - Chicken sausage, 8 almonds
    D - Salmon burger, 1.5 cups spinach, 6 asparagus tips, 1 glass chardonnay
    WOD = PR on Glass City KBs

  10. 3 eggs, Gluten Free Toast...I tried..not too bad, 2 cups of coffee, Apple, 2 handfuls of Walnuts, Sauteed Mushrooms, pork Medallion, Broccoli, 64 oz water

    S - grapes (1 cup)
    D - balsalmic chix w/ root veggies
    1 - draft beer
