    D- 1/2 pound ground beef, 1 cup broccoli,20oz water
    S- 1/2 avacado, 1/2 cup almonds, 20 oz water

    L - 2 small boneless chicken breasts, green beans, 1/3 bag of baby carrots
    D - Chicken sausage, spinach salad (1.5 cups), 12 asparagus tips, one glass of chardonnay

    L- Grilled Chicken, Large green salad (lettuce,spinach,tom,cuke,broc,carrots,corn,sunflower seeds,sliced almonds, vinagrette),fish oil

    WOD= Split jerk (PR:), Box jump (finally made it on top:) )
