Lets get creative, if you have a Paleo recipe that you have actually tried then post it. We could all use some new ideas here.

    B - oatmeal, eggs, 2 1000mg fish oil capsules.

    L - chicken, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and 2 1000mg fish oil capsules.

    D - beef burgers, leftover chicken, green beans, and 2 1000mg fish oil capsules.

    B- 2 eggs, 4 pieces bacon, coffee w/ milk
    L- 2 eggs, mixed salad, vinegar/oil dressing
    S - ham, grapes and strawberries
    D- pork, mixed greens, lime juice dressing

  4. B- Ground pork and 2 eggs(omega 3 kind), 2 prunes, 6 cashews
    L- Bowl of beef and cabbage soup, 6oz of chicken, & an apple
    D- grilled beef, scallops, calimari, mixed veggies
    S- gluten/sugar free corn beef lunch meat(2 pcs), 6 cashews, 3 prunes.

    Read some of paleo solution.

  5. Protein bar, 64 oz Water, 2 glasses of unsweetened Ice Tea, Left over Pulled Pork, small salad, apple, chicken breast, banana, cup of hot chocolate

  6. B-1 cup coffee, cream, 3scrambled eggs, 20 oz water
    L-8oz salmon, 1 cup Broccoli, 1/2 avacado large glass of icewater
    S-20 oz water, 1 HB egg, handfull of walnuts
    D- 2 servings pork tenderloin stuffed with spinach and toasted pine nuts, smashed cauliflower 20 oz water

    L- Grilled chx breast, large green salad (as yesterday) Fish Oil
    S- Apple, Jerky, Handful nuts
    D- Steak, broccoli, salad, grilled artichoke, small croissant

    cabbage/kielbasa/coconut oil/hot pepper concoction...yummy! open to ideas on a name

    Ditto from lunch..with avocado and almond milk
    *3 fish oil caps with every meal +vit D

    2 eggs with gr. beef and 1 tablespoon cheese
    chicken sausage, 1-turkey cheddar sausage, salad, 9 almonds
    15 grapes, 6-grape tomatoes, 1/4cup pineapple, 6-cashews, 2-walnuts, 7-almonds

    Bri - too much sweet stuff and not enough protein or food in general it seems
    Julie - doesn't look like enough food
    Bethie- try to get your protein from sources unprocessed; perhaps not enough food?
    Kim - maybe reduce the fruit a bit
    ...just some suggestions :)

    D-8 oz of salmon, tomato basil sauce, grilled veggie medley
