    L- beef and veggie soup, 3 cuties
    D- Paleo indian chicken, mashed cauliflower
    S- 3 cashews, 2 sips of veggie/fruit juice.
    WOD- sumo high pulls, overhead squat. PR.

  3. B-coffee,4 eggs 20 oz water
    S-handful Almonds
    L-chicken breast,salad:lettuce,cuke,HB egg, squeeze of lemon, 20 oz water
    D-Paleo Spaghetti...spaghetti squash for "noodles",ground beef, roasted crushed tomatoes, garlic, onion, olive oil for sauce...took all of 25 minutes to cook and whole family loved it. 20 0z water
    S-HB egg (i noticed when I ate a protien before bed I sleep better)
    Fish Oil

    WOD...proud of myself as I pushed a little harder and finished 1st in my class...first time for me :)

  6. You are welcome! I googled that one :). What I have done is come up with meal ideas for the week and shop according to what I need. I tweak the recipes I find to our taste but keep it Paleo. Its funny that I have found that most of the recipes I have for "common" cooking can be easily adapted to the Paleo way. Just takes a little creativity. Plus this was an excellent way to get my whole family to eat better without them knowing it. (3 teenagers) :)

    S - a little more chicken, a few dates, and, ok, 2 wheat thins, (the vestiges of weekend houseguests)
    D - Brussels Sprouts. Few more almonds.

    S - banana w/ 1 tbsp peanut butter (all natural, no sugar)
    L - mixed green salad, turkey, 2 hb eggs and balsalmic/EVOO dressing
    D - 2 beef tacos, homemade spanish rice, 1 tbsp refried beans, cake, 1 beer and coffee
