    chicken, almonds/cashews, salad, little dressing, 1 pear

    can of sardines in olive oil

    fish, kimchee, seaweed salad, broccoli/mushroom/onion/chestnut stirfry

    1 big steak and half an avocado

    Kimchee, the memories, I was on a Korean ship for 30 days when in the Navy. They would step on it with bare feet to introduce spice to the dish. I tried it once and will probably never try it again.

    5.5 pecan tilapia, salad 2teaspoons garlic exp.
    6oz kielbasa
    1-whole egg with 2 egg whites
    chicken with alfredo sauce
    6-cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cucumber, 17-grapes,
    5-strawberries, 3-almonds, 6-cashews, 3-walnuts
    60oz water

    B-1 cup coffee, black, 3 eggs, 1/2 apple
    L-4 oz steak, 1/2 cup broccoli, 1/2 avacado
    S-handful almonds 1/2 apple
    D-salmon filet, Salad:lettuce, cuke, bell pep, hb egg, sunflower seeds, 1tbsp oliveoil/garlic
    4 20 oz bottles plus 2 16 oz glasses of water

    S- Dried Cherries, handful almonds, cashews, macadameia nuts, red pepper
    D- Beef chicken shrimp veggie fahitas, guac, salsa + 10 nacho chips + 2 margaritas

  9. B - 2 eggs scrambled with 1/3 red bell pepper and 4oz pork sausage. 4 raw baby carrots
    L - Fajita in a bowl - flank steak, mushrooms, onion, and fresh salsa, 6 raw baby carrots, 6 celery sticks, 4 grapes, 1 glass of cabernet
    D - Tuna (5oz), 8 raw baby carrots, 8 celery sticks, 2 glasses cabernet

  12. Day 1 - I was on vacation in New Orleans.
    breakfast: beignets (i.e. the "anti-paleo" and cafe au lait
    Lunch - cauliflower, onion, lentils, salad.
    Dinner: hamburger and salad.
