    Breakfast: 2 egg scramble with spinach, mushroom, and squash.
    Lunch: Salad with avocado and walnut oil/vinegar. 6 paleo chicken nuggets
    Dinner: 3 meatballs over steamed cauliflower.
    Snack: 15ish walnuts, tea, apple with 1/2 tsp almond butter.
