  2. S- 1 cup coffee, banana, coconut oil, walnuts
    Brunch- greek omelet/gyro meat/tomatoe/onion/feta cheese, carrots, fermented cod liver oil/high vitamin butter oil, water
    S- 2 clementines, pumpkin seeds, celery, water
    D- Italian sausage, green beans, red pepper, water.
    Today started reading The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf.

  3. Breakfast:
    one c coffee with almond milk. 2 hb eggs. 1/2 grapefruit.
    Lunch: big salad with lots of veggies. egg and avocado for protein.
    Snack: a few walnuts and 1oz beef. Cauliflower. Tea
    Dinner: Flank steak with chimichurri, grilled broccoli. Satsuma for desert.
