Protein supplements are hereby allowed in our paleo challenges. I am aware of the pro/con arguments and that such supplements are "not paleo". However, in our strength- biased paradigm, i am after strength results first. That being said, i of course recommend using supplements which are sugar/sweetener-free or at least those whose sweetener content is comparatively low.
