    Sleeping in way past my alarm... This makes it nice for the point & for myself but sucks for work

  4. Hey Phil, I submitted points for January 2 and received a confirming email, but it doesn't show up on the table. In total, 17 entries show up for January 3 and only 8 for January 2, so it might have happened to other folks, too.

  7. breakfast - 2 egg scramble with a lot of veggies. coffee with almond milk
    Lunch - salad with flank stake and o/v dressing.
    Dinner: asian turkey lettuce cups.
    small piece chocolate.
    Early AM WOD at home.
