    Breakfast: Egg/spinach scramble with chimichurri.
    Lunch: asian turkey stirfry (lots of veg.) in lettuce cups.
    Snack: grapes and turkey jerkey.
    Dinner - spinach salad with flank steak. 1/2 glass of wine.

    Breakfast: 2 HB eggs and grapes. Coffee.
    Lunch: leftover stirfried turkey, snow peas, and grapes. Tea.
    Dinner: paleo bbq chicken. Steamed broccoli and squash (w/ olive oil and S&P).

    Sn: almonds, banana
    Br: omelette with crab and parmesan cheese, coffee
    Dinner: cashew chicken, bok choy, cauliflower, milk, mint chocolate chip ice cream AND vanilla ice cream
    Supper: I proceeded to drink my supper at "ma & pa bowling night". Specifically vodka tonics. I ate some bar food for good measure ~ cashews. Not so healthy but had great fun

    Ln: chicken, 1/2 avocado stuffed with crab salad. (This sounded like a delicious combination until I ate it. Never again shall I let my precious crab mingle with an avocado)
